Meet Major Traci
From the Battlefield to the Boardroom
Leadership Forged in Fire
Resilience is built, not born.
I learned that in combat zones and command posts. If you’re leading under pressure no one trained you for, spinning your wheels while the stakes keep climbing, you don’t need another surface-level coach.

You need someone who has commanded under fire.
I’ll train you to do the same.

The Making of a Battle-Tested Leader
I wasn’t always bold. I wasn’t always unshakable.
But the Army built the steel in my spine.
Before I became ‘Dr. Traci,’ strategist, leadership coach, operations expert.
I was Major Eisenberg-Rayburn, more affectionately known as Major Rayburn. I commanded with clarity, lived with integrity, and grew through the relentless fires of trial, error, and leadership under pressure.

I served not only in uniform, but with heart. I bled, cried, failed and rose again, but with strength.
Through it all, I Found who I AM!
The Army built the steel in my spine. Now I build it in yours.

Becoming Battle-Tested
Becoming
Battle-Tested
I didn’t come into the military fearless.
I came in determined to grow, to serve, to become.
There were times I was shaken. Like the moment I stepped into an all-male unit and the commander asked who his communications officer was me or the man standing beside me.
Without hesitation, I stood tall:
“Sir, I AM the officer in charge of the communications section.”
That moment, standing firm in front of an all-male unit, defined the beginning of my strong leadership voice. I didn’t ask permission to lead. I led because I knew what the mission needed and I cared enough to deliver it.
And just like that, I took the seat I earned. The other man vanished.
I remained leading, delivering, commanding respect not with volume, but with presence.
Leadership isn’t about bravado. It’s about knowing your worth, honoring those around you, and never mistaking kindness for weakness.
I’ve learned to hold the line, not just for others, but for myself.
To demand excellence. To give respect and expect it in return.

What I Bring to the Table
I’m not a coach who teaches theory.
I’m a leader who lived it, and now, I teach you how to own it.
If you’re wondering what it’s like to work with me, here’s what I bring:
- Real-world resilience: forged over decades of training, command, and operational complexity.
- No-fluff guidance: I don’t sugarcoat the truth. I speak it with strength, strategy, and love.
- Military-grade precision: from managing multi-million dollar projects to transforming broken teams into mission-ready units.
- Radical respect: I see people, I believe in potential, and I will hold your feet to the fire until you rise into who you were meant to be.
I’ve been a Soldier, strategist, trainer, teacher, mother, spouse, and friend. And in all those roles, I’ve led with one constant: I never falter. I never sway.
This Is Where You Step Up
You don’t need another surface-level coach.
You need someone who’s commanded under fire and can show you what’s next.

I’ve led soldiers and have coached senior level leaders.
I’ve rebuilt fractured teams and restructured businesses when everything around them was falling apart.

I bring all of it; Battle-Tested, Brilliance, and Bold as Hell.
I’m Major Traci, if you’re ready to lead with intention and command with clarity, I’m ready to train with you.
Stop leading on fumes. Take the seat you earned.
“Dr. Traci doesn’t just teach leadership, she transforms it. Taking one of her courses changed my life. Working with her was a turning point in how I run my team and lead my business.”
